Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first before contacting us.

If you’ve placed your order with the incorrect address, please shoot us an email as soon as possible and we'll try our best to fix the address before it gets sent out.

If a shipped order is placed with missing or incorrect address, the you are responsible for paying a service fee charged by the courier, as well as the original flat rate shipping fee of $10. If you no longer want your order, we'll issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping fee.

All orders shipped in Canada will be charged a flat rate of $10 for orders below $120.

All orders above $120 will be shipped for free.

Delivery Standards
Orders within BC and Alberta will arrive within 1-2 days business days. Everywhere else in Canada will take 3-7 business days.
* Does not include processing time. Due to factors that often affect shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times based off of Canada Post estimates.
Please note: we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, in its original packaging, with the seal intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
