Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first before contacting us
If you’ve placed your order with the incorrect address, please shoot us an email asap and we'll try our best to fix the address before it gets sent out
If a shipped order is placed with missing or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying a $15 service fee as well as the original flat rate shipping fee of $10. If you no longer want your order, we are able to issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping fee. The $15 service fee covers part of the cost from Canada Post to return your package to us.
All orders shipped in Canada will be charged a flat rate of $10 for orders below $100
All orders above $100 will be shipped for free

Delivery Standards by Expedited Post *
Orders within BC and Alberta will arrive within 1-2 days business days. Everywhere else in Canada will take 3-7 business days.
* Does not include processing time. Due to factors that often affect shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times based off of Canada Post estimates.
Please note: we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, in its original packaging, with the seal intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
