Bookings

All bookings require a $30 deposit to secure your appointment. This can be paid by PayPal or credit card through the booking portal. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, please contact me. Deposits are deducted from the total service price at the end of the appointment.

You will receive a confirmation text immediately after booking. On the day before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text with the studio address and preparation instructions.

Late Arrivals

Please provide notice via text/DM if you are running late. If you're running over 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled if I don't hear from you. The full time slot is required so that I can provide best service that you deserve.

Rescheduling + Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule, please let me know 48 hours before your upcoming appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of my cancellation policy.
